Will I need to learn another language?
Having someone within your company who is capable of speaking in the language of the culture in which you are doing business demonstrates commitment to the market. While it's true that much international business is conducted in English, to be truly successful you must respect your partners' culture. If necessary, hire an interpreter. You may not need to learn another language, but having basic, host country language skills will take you a long way to gaining the relationship necessary to get a sale.
